Hi, Great! Since your initial issue is resolved, let’s focus on creating a Projects/Portfolio section on your homepage or about page. Here’s how you can do it:
    Create a New Page
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Pages → Add New.
    Name it “Projects”.
Set the Page Template to “Portfolio”
On the right sidebar, look for “Page Attributes”.
    Under “Template”, select “Portfolio”.
    Save/Publish the page.
(This will automatically display projects in a grid layout.)
    Link to This Page
Add a button or menu link (e.g., in your header/navigation) pointing to this page.
    Thanks

Hi, It looks like your WordPress theme and plugins were suddenly deactivated. This can happen due to several reasons:
    Possible Causes:
Automatic WordPress Update – Sometimes, after a core update, themes/plugins may deactivate.
Hosting Issue – Your hosting provider might have performed maintenance or faced a server error.
Security Plugin or Malware Scan – Some security plugins deactivate themes/plugins if they detect suspicious activity.
Manual Deactivation – Another admin or user may have deactivated them.
Database Error – A corrupted wp_options table can cause this issue.
File Permission Changes – Incorrect file permissions can prevent WordPress from accessing themes/plugins.

    What You Can Do:
Check Hosting Account – Look for any recent notifications from your hosting provider.
Reactivate Manually – Go to WP Admin → Appearance → Themes and reactivate your theme. Then, go to Plugins and reactivate necessary plugins.
Check Error Logs – Look for errors in WP Admin → Tools → Site Health → Logs or via hosting logs (cPanel/Plesk).
Scan for Malware – Use a security plugin like Wordfence or Sucuri to check for infections.
Restore Backup – If the issue persists, restore a recent backup.

    Thanks

Hi, Thank you for your kind words—I’m glad we’ve made progress on most issues!
    Let’s tackle the remaining challenges:
    1. This setting might be located elsewhere in newer versions. Could you check:

Tutor LMS Pro → Settings → Course → Course Content (look for “Course Landing Page” or similar).
If it’s still missing, the behavior might be controlled by a template override. I’d recommend:

Navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Tutor LMS → Templates.
Locate the single-course.php file and ensure it’s not forcing a redirect to the landing page.

If you’d like, I can investigate further—just share temporary admin access via a secure method.

    2. You’ve already taken great steps (lazy loading, image optimization, etc.). Let’s go deeper:

Server/Hosting: Check if your hosting plan has adequate resources (e.g., PHP memory limit, CPU). A tool like GTmetrix can reveal server-side delays.
Caching: Ensure you’re using a caching plugin (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache) with mobile-specific rules.
Plugins Audit: Disable non-essential plugins to identify conflicts. Tutor LMS + heavy plugins can strain resources.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed—I’m committed to making your site blazing fast!
    Thanks

Hi, I’ve reviewed the CSS code i gave you to Appearance > Additional CSS and confirmed that the correct styling is now in place. I can see that the spacing issues on your blog page have been resolved successfully—great job!

If you’re still experiencing any inconsistencies, could you let me know:

Which specific issue persists? (e.g., spacing, alignment, etc.)

On which screen size(s) are you testing? (e.g., desktop, tablet, mobile)

This will help me pinpoint whether the problem is device-specific or requires further refinement.

For reference, the adjustments you made earlier worked as intended, but let’s ensure everything displays perfectly across all devices. Looking forward to your feedback!

    Best regards

    Hi,

I wanted to let you know that the duplicate contact form issue has been resolved. Since we already have a dedicated contact form in place, enabling Contact Form 7 was causing two forms to appear simultaneously.

To fix this, I went to Appearance > Theme Options > Contact and disabled the default contact form. Now, only the intended form is displayed.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further adjustments.

    Best regards.

    Dear Kamal,
I’m glad to hear your hosting provider resolved the activation issue! To address your concern about future updates:

Will This Error Recur During Updates?
Likely Not. This error typically occurs due to one-time conflicts during installation, such as:
Incomplete file uploads (fixed by your host)
Temporary server resource limits (common during heavy operations)
    Caching issues (cleared during troubleshooting)

    How to Prevent Future Issues
    Before Updating:
Create a backup (use plugins like UpdraftPlus).
Clear all caches (server, plugin, and browser).

    During Updates:
Update via WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Themes (more stable than manual uploads).

    If Errors Occur:
Your hosting provider can quickly restore functionality (as they did this time).
Contact me immediately—I’ll prioritize resolving it.

    Next Steps
Rest assured, this was likely a one-time issue.
For extra caution, I recommend monitoring the first update with these steps.

Your site’s stability is my priority!
    Best regards.

    Hi,

    Dear Tommy,

Thank you for confirming your server meets the requirements. Since you’re still experiencing the white screen when editing with Elementor, let’s troubleshoot this together with the following steps:

    Clear All Caches:
    Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete).
Clear any server-side caching (e.g., LiteSpeed, WP Rocket).
Clear Elementor’s cache: Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data.

Switch temporarily to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out theme conflicts.

    Thanks

    Dear Ron,

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delays in our communication. I understand how frustrating this process has been, and I’ll address both the demo import errors and SVG logo issues below.

    Fixing the “post_status” Warnings
These errors typically occur due to corrupted or incomplete demo imports or server-side conflicts. Here’s how to resolve them:
You can reset the wordpress and import the demo content again.
Also be sure that you have the required system settings.
    https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/

    Svg icons issue:

Hi, Thank you for reaching out about the menu responsiveness issue. I understand how important it is for your menu to adapt to different screen sizes. Let’s troubleshoot this together.
Some themes or plugins may override default responsive behaviors.
    Action:
Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) to check if the issue persists.
Deactivate plugins one by one to identify conflicts.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I want to reassure you that importing demo content does not affect or delete any existing WordPress user accounts – the process only adds sample content and theme settings. Your admin account should remain completely untouched.

Since you’re receiving this error, let’s troubleshoot together:

    Try Email Recovery:
On the login screen, click “Lost your password?”
Enter your original email address to reset your credentials.

    Alternative Access:
If you have access to your hosting control panel (cPanel/Plesk), you can:
Create a new admin account via PHPMyAdmin
Or ask your hosting provider to restore your user permissions.

I understand how frustrating this must be, but please rest assured this isn’t related to the demo import process. The theme installation is complete and ready for your customization once we restore your access.

For immediate assistance, I recommend contacting your hosting provider as they can quickly:
Verify user accounts in the database
    Restore your admin privileges
    Check for any unexpected changes

Please let me know how you’d like to proceed and if I can provide any additional information to help resolve this.
    Best regards.

    Posted in : Amelia Update

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

The problem is caused by an outdated version of the Amelia plugin bundled with the theme. We’ve just released an update for the Efor theme, which includes the latest version of Amelia.

    To fix the issue:

    1. First, update your Efor theme to the latest version. If you need guidance, check this step-by-step guide:

    https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/how-to-update-your-theme/

    2. Then go to “Appearance > Install Theme Plugins” and update the Amelia plugin from there.

This should resolve the error completely. If you still need assistance, feel free to let us know — we’re here to help!

    Hi,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots—they’re very helpful! I understand your goal:

Problem: Elementor headers override the theme header globally, even with responsive conditions.

    Solution:
Go to Theme Builder → Headers in Elementor.
    Edit your mobile/tablet header.
Under Display Conditions, set it to show only on mobile/tablet (use the “Mobile” and “Tablet” toggles in the responsive settings).
Ensure no other headers are active for desktop.

    Thanks

    Hi,
Thank you for reaching out! You don’t need an Elementor Pro subscription to use the Impose theme templates. Here’s how to import the demo content for free:
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Install Plugins.
Install and activate the “One Click Demo Import” plugin
Navigate to Appearance → Import Demo Data and follow the prompts to upload the template files.
The demo uses pre-built sections (not Elementor Pro). After importing, check:
Theme Options (Appearance → Theme Options) to configure layouts.
Menus (Appearance → Menus) to assign the demo navigation.
Widgets (Appearance → Widgets) to replicate sidebar/footer content.

I just imported the demo content for you.
    Have a nice evening.

Posted in : Issues with Tutor Pro

    Hi,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. I understand how these issues could impact the user experience, especially on mobile. Let’s address them one by one:

Issue: Clicking a course in the student panel redirects to the landing page instead of directly opening the course content.
    Solution:
This behavior can be modified by overriding the default template. Navigate to Tutor LMS Settings → Course and ensure “Enable Course Landing Page” is disabled.

Issue: Videos appear cut in half when using the Tutor Player (non-YouTube).
    Solution:
Could you please try to use this custom css code for the youtube issue?

    .tutor-video-player .plyr--youtube iframe { top: -75% !important; }

Issue: Button not fully visible on mobile.
    Solution:
Add this CSS to your theme (Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS):

    @media (max-width: 768px) {  .tutor-topbar-menu-item { padding: 8px !important; }   }

Issue: Unable to scroll to the last lessons in the course menu.
    Solution:
This is often caused by fixed-height containers. Try:

    .tutor-course-sidebar { overflow-y: auto !important; max-height: 70vh; }

With a few tweaks, we can make it work seamlessly for your site. Let me know how these suggestions work for you!
    Best regards.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I’ve tested the website on Chrome (Windows) as you mentioned, but I wasn’t able to replicate the problem—the logo appears correctly sized on my end.

    Dear Ron,

Thank you for your reply. I completely understand your concerns about sharing access to your hosting environment, especially with other clients’ websites hosted there. Your security and privacy are important.

To assist you further, I’ve prepared detailed documentation that covers the installation process step by step, including how to properly import the Alternate Homepage 02 demo. Please follow the guide carefully here:
🔗 Energi Theme Documentation – Installation Guide
    https://docs.pixelwars.org/energi.php

    This resource includes:
    ✅ Theme installation
    ✅ Demo content import
    ✅ Elementor setup
    ✅ Customizer and widget configuration

If you encounter any specific errors during the process, feel free to describe them (screenshots help!), and I’ll gladly troubleshoot. GoDaddy’s servers sometimes require slight adjustments (e.g., PHP version, memory limits), which the guide addresses.

I’m confident this will resolve the issue, but if you still face challenges after following the steps, let me know—we’ll explore other solutions. Your satisfaction is my priority.

Install “Simple Local Avatars” (WordPress Plugin).
Go to Users → Your Profile and upload an image directly.

Also , removed the author sections from your meta section.

    Posted in : Update question

Hi, Great question! Here’s what happens when you update the Efor Theme:

    1. Customizations via Theme Options/Customizer
✅ Safe: Changes made through the WordPress Customizer (e.g., colors, fonts, layouts) or the theme’s built-in settings panel are usually preserved after updates.

    2. Custom Code (CSS/JS) or Child Theme
✅ Safe if using a Child Theme: If you modified theme files (e.g., style.css, functions.php) via a child theme, updates won’t affect them.

❌ Risky without a Child Theme: Direct edits to the parent theme’s files will be overwritten during updates.

    3. Page Builder Content (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
✅ Safe: Content built with page builders (e.g., Elementor) is stored in your database, not the theme files, so updates won’t affect them.

    Recommended Steps Before Updating:
Backup Your Site (use plugins like UpdraftPlus or your host’s backup tool).
Use a Child Theme (if you’ve made code edits).
    Test Updates Staging (if possible).

If you’d like help safeguarding your customizations, let me know—I’m happy to guide you!

Hi, Thank you for sharing your custom CSS solution—we’re glad to hear you’ve managed to resolve the styling issue with the quiz table! Your approach with the flex-direction and white-space adjustments is clever and effectively addresses the problem.

For future reference, we’ve noted your solution and can confirm it’s a clean way to:
Improve date/time readability with stacked formatting.
Optimize font sizes and padding for consistency.
Ensure button visibility in the table.

If you encounter any further issues or need refinements, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help!

    Hi @ayw2024
    Thank you for your question!
By default, the theme does not include built-in functionality to disable the standard header only for tablet/mobile while keeping it active on desktop. Achieving this would require custom coding. If you’re not familiar with development, you may want to consider hiring a professional developer from a trusted service like wpkraken.io to assist you.

    Alternative Solution Using Elementor
If you’re using Elementor Pro, you can create a custom header specifically for tablet and mobile views by:
Designing a mobile-friendly header in Theme Builder → Headers.
Using responsive display conditions to show this header only on tablet/mobile (under Advanced → Responsive).
Keeping your theme’s default header for desktop.

This method avoids coding and gives you full design control.
Let us know if you need further guidance—we’re happy to help!

    Hi,
It sounds like you’re having issues with the Envato Market plugin, specifically with saving your API key and testing the connection. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    Possible Causes & Fixes:
    Invalid or Expired API Key
Ensure your Envato API key is correct and hasn’t expired.
Generate a new key from your Envato account:
Go to Envato Account Settings > API Tokens
Create a new key with “Download & Purchase List” permissions.

    Server Connection Issues
The plugin needs to connect to api.envato.com. If your server blocks outgoing requests, the connection will fail.
Check with your host if they block external API calls.
Test manually by running this in your browser (replace YOUR_API_KEY):

    https://api.envato.com/v3/market/author/sale?code=YOUR_API_KEY

If it returns an error, your server may be blocking the request.

    Plugin Conflict
Temporarily deactivate other plugins (especially security/firewall plugins) and try again.
Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out theme conflicts.

    SSL/HTTPS Issues
If your site has SSL issues, API calls may fail.
Check if your site has a valid SSL certificate (🔒 in browser URL bar).
Try disabling “Force HTTPS” in WordPress (if enabled).

    Corrupted Plugin Files
    Reinstall the Envato Market plugin:
Delete the plugin → Reinstall from WordPress.org or Envato.

    Host-Specific Restrictions
Some hosts (like WP Engine, Cloudways) restrict external API calls.

    Contact support and ask:
“Is api.envato.com blocked on my server?”
“Can you whitelist outgoing API requests?”

    Next Steps
If the issue persists, check WordPress debug logs (wp-config.php → enable WP_DEBUG).
Try installing the plugin on a fresh WordPress install (local or staging) to isolate the issue.

    Have a nice day 🚀

Hi, It looks like you’re experiencing an issue with the Masonry layout not displaying posts in strict descending date order on your blog page. This is a common behavior with Masonry layouts because they prioritize filling gaps in the grid over strict chronological ordering.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and fix this:

Check the actual post dates: First confirm that your posts do indeed have different dates and are properly dated in descending order in your WordPress backend.

Masonry layout behavior: The Masonry layout will often rearrange items to fill vertical gaps, which can make the order appear random even if the underlying query is correct.

    Potential solution:
Switch to a different layout (like Grid or List) to see if the ordering works correctly there.
    Please keep me updated.
