Dear Tommy,
Thank you for confirming your server meets the requirements. Since you’re still experiencing the white screen when editing with Elementor, let’s troubleshoot this together with the following steps:
Clear All Caches:
Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete).
Clear any server-side caching (e.g., LiteSpeed, WP Rocket).
Clear Elementor’s cache: Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data.Switch temporarily to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out theme conflicts.
Thanks
Dear Ron,
Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delays in our communication. I understand how frustrating this process has been, and I’ll address both the demo import errors and SVG logo issues below.
Fixing the “post_status” Warnings
These errors typically occur due to corrupted or incomplete demo imports or server-side conflicts. Here’s how to resolve them:
You can reset the wordpress and import the demo content again.
Also be sure that you have the required system settings.
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/Svg icons issue:
You can download and install the plugin from the link below.
SVG Support: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/svg-support.2.5.5.zipI sincerely appreciate your perseverance, and I’m committed to ensuring your site matches the demo. Let me know how you’d like to proceed!

Hi, Thank you for reaching out about the menu responsiveness issue. I understand how important it is for your menu to adapt to different screen sizes. Let’s troubleshoot this together.
Some themes or plugins may override default responsive behaviors.
Action:
Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) to check if the issue persists.
Deactivate plugins one by one to identify conflicts.
ThanksHi,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I want to reassure you that importing demo content does not affect or delete any existing WordPress user accounts – the process only adds sample content and theme settings. Your admin account should remain completely untouched.Since you’re receiving this error, let’s troubleshoot together:
Try Email Recovery:
On the login screen, click “Lost your password?”
Enter your original email address to reset your credentials.Alternative Access:
If you have access to your hosting control panel (cPanel/Plesk), you can:
Create a new admin account via PHPMyAdmin
Or ask your hosting provider to restore your user permissions.I understand how frustrating this must be, but please rest assured this isn’t related to the demo import process. The theme installation is complete and ready for your customization once we restore your access.
For immediate assistance, I recommend contacting your hosting provider as they can quickly:
Verify user accounts in the database
Restore your admin privileges
Check for any unexpected changesPlease let me know how you’d like to proceed and if I can provide any additional information to help resolve this.
Best regards.Hi,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
The problem is caused by an outdated version of the Amelia plugin bundled with the theme. We’ve just released an update for the Efor theme, which includes the latest version of Amelia.
To fix the issue:
1. First, update your Efor theme to the latest version. If you need guidance, check this step-by-step guide:
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/how-to-update-your-theme/
2. Then go to “Appearance > Install Theme Plugins” and update the Amelia plugin from there.
This should resolve the error completely. If you still need assistance, feel free to let us know — we’re here to help!
Hi,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots—they’re very helpful! I understand your goal:Problem: Elementor headers override the theme header globally, even with responsive conditions.
Solution:
Go to Theme Builder → Headers in Elementor.
Edit your mobile/tablet header.
Under Display Conditions, set it to show only on mobile/tablet (use the “Mobile” and “Tablet” toggles in the responsive settings).
Ensure no other headers are active for desktop. Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out! You don’t need an Elementor Pro subscription to use the Impose theme templates. Here’s how to import the demo content for free:
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Install Plugins.
Install and activate the “One Click Demo Import” plugin
Navigate to Appearance → Import Demo Data and follow the prompts to upload the template files.
The demo uses pre-built sections (not Elementor Pro). After importing, check:
Theme Options (Appearance → Theme Options) to configure layouts.
Menus (Appearance → Menus) to assign the demo navigation.
Widgets (Appearance → Widgets) to replicate sidebar/footer content.I just imported the demo content for you.
Have a nice evening. Thanks for the feedback :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.

Hi,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. I understand how these issues could impact the user experience, especially on mobile. Let’s address them one by one:Issue: Clicking a course in the student panel redirects to the landing page instead of directly opening the course content.
Solution:
This behavior can be modified by overriding the default template. Navigate to Tutor LMS Settings → Course and ensure “Enable Course Landing Page” is disabled.Issue: Videos appear cut in half when using the Tutor Player (non-YouTube).
Solution:
Could you please try to use this custom css code for the youtube issue?.tutor-video-player .plyr--youtube iframe { top: -75% !important; }Issue: Button not fully visible on mobile.
Solution:
Add this CSS to your theme (Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS):@media (max-width: 768px) { .tutor-topbar-menu-item { padding: 8px !important; } }Issue: Unable to scroll to the last lessons in the course menu.
Solution:
This is often caused by fixed-height containers. Try:.tutor-course-sidebar { overflow-y: auto !important; max-height: 70vh; }With a few tweaks, we can make it work seamlessly for your site. Let me know how these suggestions work for you!
Best regards.Hi,
Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksHi, Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I’ve tested the website on Chrome (Windows) as you mentioned, but I wasn’t able to replicate the problem—the logo appears correctly sized on my end.
To help resolve this, could you please provide:
The specific Windows/Chrome version you’re using.
A screenshot of how the logo appears on your side.
The screen resolution of the Windows device where you see the issue.
This will help me investigate further. Alternatively, if you’d like me to check the login details you shared, I can do a deeper inspection.
Let me know how you’d like to proceed!
Best regards.

Dear Ron,
Thank you for your reply. I completely understand your concerns about sharing access to your hosting environment, especially with other clients’ websites hosted there. Your security and privacy are important.
To assist you further, I’ve prepared detailed documentation that covers the installation process step by step, including how to properly import the Alternate Homepage 02 demo. Please follow the guide carefully here:
🔗 Energi Theme Documentation – Installation Guide
https://docs.pixelwars.org/energi.phpThis resource includes:
✅ Theme installation
✅ Demo content import
✅ Elementor setup
✅ Customizer and widget configurationIf you encounter any specific errors during the process, feel free to describe them (screenshots help!), and I’ll gladly troubleshoot. GoDaddy’s servers sometimes require slight adjustments (e.g., PHP version, memory limits), which the guide addresses.
I’m confident this will resolve the issue, but if you still face challenges after following the steps, let me know—we’ll explore other solutions. Your satisfaction is my priority.
Best regards.

ThanksHi B,
Since ReadWP likely pulls author images from Gravatar by default, here’s how to bypass it:
Use a Plugin
Install “Simple Local Avatars” (WordPress Plugin).
Go to Users → Your Profile and upload an image directly. Also , removed the author sections from your meta section.
Thanks
Hi, Great question! Here’s what happens when you update the Efor Theme:
1. Customizations via Theme Options/Customizer
✅ Safe: Changes made through the WordPress Customizer (e.g., colors, fonts, layouts) or the theme’s built-in settings panel are usually preserved after updates.2. Custom Code (CSS/JS) or Child Theme
✅ Safe if using a Child Theme: If you modified theme files (e.g., style.css, functions.php) via a child theme, updates won’t affect them.❌ Risky without a Child Theme: Direct edits to the parent theme’s files will be overwritten during updates.
3. Page Builder Content (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
✅ Safe: Content built with page builders (e.g., Elementor) is stored in your database, not the theme files, so updates won’t affect them.Recommended Steps Before Updating:
Backup Your Site (use plugins like UpdraftPlus or your host’s backup tool).
Use a Child Theme (if you’ve made code edits).
Test Updates Staging (if possible). If you’d like help safeguarding your customizations, let me know—I’m happy to guide you!

Hi,
Page/post content width is included. When you increase this, the page width of the posts in your entire design will also increase. In terms of consistency between the page and the blog, one button affects them all.
ThanksHi Julius,
I discovered that the issues you mentioned earlier were caused by third-party plugins you installed later. When I deactivated all plugins except the theme’s required plugins, the design-related problems were resolved.
If you need any licensed plugins (such as Amelia, Tutor LMS Pro and etc.), please let the developer know by replying to the topic linked below. He will provide you with the necessary licenses:

ThanksHi, Thank you for sharing your custom CSS solution—we’re glad to hear you’ve managed to resolve the styling issue with the quiz table! Your approach with the flex-direction and white-space adjustments is clever and effectively addresses the problem.
For future reference, we’ve noted your solution and can confirm it’s a clean way to:
Improve date/time readability with stacked formatting.
Optimize font sizes and padding for consistency.
Ensure button visibility in the table. If you encounter any further issues or need refinements, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help!
Thanks again for your patience and resourcefulness.Hi @ayw2024
Thank you for your question!
By default, the theme does not include built-in functionality to disable the standard header only for tablet/mobile while keeping it active on desktop. Achieving this would require custom coding. If you’re not familiar with development, you may want to consider hiring a professional developer from a trusted service like wpkraken.io to assist you.Alternative Solution Using Elementor
If you’re using Elementor Pro, you can create a custom header specifically for tablet and mobile views by:
Designing a mobile-friendly header in Theme Builder → Headers.
Using responsive display conditions to show this header only on tablet/mobile (under Advanced → Responsive).
Keeping your theme’s default header for desktop. This method avoids coding and gives you full design control.
Let us know if you need further guidance—we’re happy to help!
Best regards.Hi @ayw2024
Thank you for reaching out to us.To adjust the spacing and layout of your blog content, you can modify the Blog Content Width setting by navigating to:
Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → General → Layout → Blog Content Width
By increasing or decreasing this value, you can control the desired spacing to better suit your design preferences. Please note that the available customization options are limited to the settings provided in the WordPress Customizer by default. For further layout adjustments beyond these settings, additional custom coding or a page builder plugin may be required.
If you need any further assistance or have additional questions, feel free to let us know—we’d be happy to help!
Best regards.Hi,
It sounds like you’re having issues with the Envato Market plugin, specifically with saving your API key and testing the connection. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:Possible Causes & Fixes:
Invalid or Expired API Key
Ensure your Envato API key is correct and hasn’t expired.
Generate a new key from your Envato account:
Go to Envato Account Settings > API Tokens
Create a new key with “Download & Purchase List” permissions.Server Connection Issues
The plugin needs to connect to api.envato.com. If your server blocks outgoing requests, the connection will fail.
Check with your host if they block external API calls.
Test manually by running this in your browser (replace YOUR_API_KEY):https://api.envato.com/v3/market/author/sale?code=YOUR_API_KEY
If it returns an error, your server may be blocking the request.
Plugin Conflict
Temporarily deactivate other plugins (especially security/firewall plugins) and try again.
Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out theme conflicts.SSL/HTTPS Issues
If your site has SSL issues, API calls may fail.
Check if your site has a valid SSL certificate (🔒 in browser URL bar).
Try disabling “Force HTTPS” in WordPress (if enabled).Corrupted Plugin Files
Reinstall the Envato Market plugin:
Delete the plugin → Reinstall from WordPress.org or Envato.Host-Specific Restrictions
Some hosts (like WP Engine, Cloudways) restrict external API calls.Contact support and ask:
“Is api.envato.com blocked on my server?”
“Can you whitelist outgoing API requests?”Next Steps
If the issue persists, check WordPress debug logs (wp-config.php → enable WP_DEBUG).
Try installing the plugin on a fresh WordPress install (local or staging) to isolate the issue.Have a nice day 🚀
Hi, It looks like you’re experiencing an issue with the Masonry layout not displaying posts in strict descending date order on your blog page. This is a common behavior with Masonry layouts because they prioritize filling gaps in the grid over strict chronological ordering.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and fix this:Check the actual post dates: First confirm that your posts do indeed have different dates and are properly dated in descending order in your WordPress backend.
Masonry layout behavior: The Masonry layout will often rearrange items to fill vertical gaps, which can make the order appear random even if the underlying query is correct.
Potential solution:
Switch to a different layout (like Grid or List) to see if the ordering works correctly there.
Please keep me updated.Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.

You can use this custom css code;.header-wrap:after { bottom: 0; }Thanks
Hi Chris,
You’re very welcome! I’d be happy to help you enable autoplay for the video on mobile. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Edit the homepage in Elementor (click “Edit with Elementor”).
Locate and click on the video widget in the top banner section.
In the left-hand panel, go to the “Content” tab.
Find the “Autoplay” toggle and switch it ON.
A new option labeled “Play on Mobile” will appear—toggle this ON as well.
Click “Update” to save your changes.
Kind regards.

Hi,
You can go to appearance > customize > header > menu > you can customize your menu here.
ThanksHi @rwc-website
Thank you for your patience and for sharing the workaround you discovered! Setting the popup’s display conditions to “Entire Site” is a clever temporary fix, and I’m glad it’s working for now.
To ensure a permanent solution, let’s investigate further if the issue resurfaces:Display Conditions Conflict: Sometimes, conditional logic (e.g., “Include on specific pages”) can conflict with dynamic content or caching. We’ll test this if needed.
Cache Re-test: Since caching was a suspected culprit, monitor if the popup breaks again after your cache regenerates. If so, we can explore excluding JetPopup scripts from caching.
Error Logs: If the problem returns, share any browser console errors (F12 > Console) or server error logs—this helps pinpoint conflicts.
For now, I’ll mark this as “resolved” but will keep the thread open for updates. Just reply here anytime, and I’ll prioritize your case immediately.
Thank you again for your persistence and for giving us the chance to assist you. We truly appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving your experience.
Best regards.
Hi @pranadan
Thank you for your patience while troubleshooting this issue. Since the Amelia plugin update seems to be causing conflicts, let’s follow these steps to isolate and resolve the problem:
1. Clean Reinstall the Plugin
Completely remove the Amelia plugin (via FTP or hosting file manager: delete /wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/).
Reinstall it fresh from the WordPress plugin repository or upload the latest version manually.2. Conflict Testing
Temporarily disable all other plugins (except theme plugins) to rule out conflicts.
Test if the error persists. If the site works, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
Switch to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) briefly to check for theme-related issues.3. Efor Theme Compatibility
Since you’re using Efor Theme, ensure it’s updated to the latest version.Additional Notes:
Ask WPX to run their “Fix All Problems” tool (fixes file permissions).Let me know how it goes! I’m happy to guide you further.
Best regards.Hi,
Please delete the amelia plugin and install it again. Also check if it has the necessary system settings by reading the link below.
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/You can disable all plugin one by one and check the issue again.
Since you’re on WPX hosting:
Ask their support to:
Verify PHP OPcache isn’t serving stale files
Check for mod_security rules blocking Amelia
Confirm ionCube loader is active (if Amelia requires it)Have a nice evening.
Hi, Thank you for sharing the details. I’ve reviewed your Contact page and identified the core issue causing both the missing form and styling problems.
The console error shows a mixed content blockage where your site (HTTPS) is trying to load resources (CSS/fonts) over HTTP. This security restriction is preventing key elements from loading properly.
Step-by-Step Solution:
1. Force HTTPS Globally
Go to: Settings > General
Ensure both WordPress Address and Site Address use https://
Save changes2. Update Elementor Fonts (Critical Fix)
Go to: Elementor > Tools > General
Click “Regenerate Files & Data”
Then click “Sync Library”3. Clear All Caches
Elementor cache (Elementor > Tools)
WordPress cache (if using a plugin)
Server cache (contact host if needed)
Browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)4. Additional Checks:
Ensure your hosting provider has SSL properly configured
If using Cloudflare, enable “Always Use HTTPS” in SSL/TLS settingsThis should fully restore your padlock icon and resolve all mixed content issues.
ThanksHi Adrian,
Thank you for sharing the video—I can see the certificate isn’t loading and gets stuck on the spinner. Let’s troubleshoot this together.Possible Causes & Fixes:
1. Plugin Conflicts
Action: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except your LMS/certificate plugin.
Check: Does the certificate load now? If yes, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the culprit.2. File Permissions
If your certificate is a custom PDF/image, ensure:
The file is uploaded correctly (re-upload it as a test).
File permissions are set to 644 (contact your host if unsure).3. Caching Issues
Clear all caches:
Browser cache (Ctrl + Shift + Delete).
WordPress cache (e.g., WP Rocket, W3TC).
Server cache (ask your host if needed).4. JavaScript Errors
Check Console:
Open your browser’s developer tools (F12 > Console tab).
Reproduce the issue.
Share any red error messages here.If the above doesn’t resolve it, please provide:
The name of your LMS/certificate plugin.
Whether the certificate is generated dynamically or pre-uploaded.
Any console errors (from Step 4).
I’ll help you get this sorted promptly!
Best regards.Hi,
Some mobile browsers have settings that allow users to disable autoplay for videos. If autoplay is disabled in the browser settings, the video will not play automatically.
This is a default Elementor “thing” to not auto-play a video on mobile because video takes up a lot of resources for mobile.
To turn it on do the following:
Edit the video widget
and in the “Content” tab turn the “Autoplay” toggle to “on”
A new option will appear now with a toggle to turn on for mobile.I solved the logo issue for you.
ThanksHi Adrian
Thank you for sharing the video—it clearly shows the table width issue causing the unwanted scrollbar and cutoff. This is definitely not the experience we want for your users, and I’ll help you resolve it quickly.Steps to Fix the Table Width Problem:
1. CSS Fix (Recommended)
Add this custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:.quiz-results-table { width: 100% !important; overflow-x: auto !important; box-sizing: border-box !important; } .quiz-results-table table { min-width: 100% !important; }(Adjust the class .quiz-results-table if your table uses a different class/ID.)
2. Check Container Settings
If you’re using a page builder ensure the table’s container/section has:
Content Width: Full Width
Columns Gap: No GapIf the Issue Persists:
Please share:
The quiz plugin name (if used).
A link to the page where the table appears.
Whether you’re using a page builder.
I’ll be happy to provide more targeted help!
Best regards. You are welcome :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.

Thank you for your support.
Hi,
Developer sent you the code for this yesterday. I wish you good work.
ThanksHi @Roel,
Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked your website on both Chrome and Safari, but I’m unable to see the white bar you’re referring to. This could be due to a caching issue or a display-specific problem.
Here’s what you can try:
Clear Browser Cache
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) to clear your browser cache.
Alternatively, try accessing your site in Incognito/Private Mode.
Test on a Different Device or Browser
Sometimes, the issue may appear only on certain devices or browsers.
A plugin might be adding extra spacing. Test by deactivating plugins one by one.If the issue persists, could you please:
Share a screenshot of the white bar?
Let me know which browser & device you’re using?
This will help me investigate further.
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards.Hi @rwc-website
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration you’ve experienced—this is not the level of support we aim to provide. Let’s resolve your JetPopup issue immediately.You can get your license key in this topic;
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/This typically occurs if the plugin isn’t properly licensed or conflicts with caching.
Go to WordPress Dashboard > JetPlugins > License Manager.
Ensure your license key is active (re-enter it if needed).Clear all caches:
Server cache (contact your host if unsure how).
Plugin cache (e.g., WP Rocket, Litespeed).
Browser cache (Ctrl+F5 on the page).
Temporarily deactivate all caching plugins (and CDN if used). Does the popup work consistently? If yes, caching is the culprit.
Disable plugins except Elementor, JetEngine, and JetPopup. Reactivate one by one to identify conflicts.Alternative Trigger Setup
Try assigning the popup via Elementor’s built-in popup trigger (instead of JetPopup’s trigger) as a workaround:
Edit the button in Elementor.
Under Button > Advanced > Custom Attributes, add:
Name: data-popup-id
Value: [your-popup-ID] (find this in JetPopup > Edit Popup > URL hash). If these steps don’t resolve it, please provide:
Screenshots of your JetPopup trigger settings and license manager.
Any console errors (press F12 in browser > “Console” tab).
Your hosting provider name (some have aggressive server caching).I’ll personally monitor this thread to ensure your issue is resolved promptly. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate your willingness to update your review once we fix this—we’ll earn that 5-star rating!
Let me know how it goes.Hi @TuringIT
No, you don’t need to manually update each title! If you use the method in the article (adding custom fonts via CSS or a plugin like “Easy Google Fonts” or “Use Any Font”), the font will automatically apply to all headers (H1, H2, etc.) sitewide.
ThanksHi,
It sounds like you’re experiencing a few different issues with your portfolio items after editing them.
Clear all caches:
WordPress cache (if using a plugin like WP Rocket, W3TC, etc.)
Server-level cache (if using managed hosting with built-in cache)
Browser cache (hard refresh with Ctrl+F5)
Thanks
