What do you mean by “the big text” ?
If you have third party plugins, please deactivate them and try it again. If you still have the speed issue, i recommend you to contact with your hosting company.

Exporting a template;
Simply mouse hover on your saved template and click on “Export Template”. It’s going to download a JSON file to your computer. You can rename it if you want for easier identification.
Importing a Template
Head on to the other website and go to your Saved Templates. Click on the “Import Templates” button.
Select the template or the JSON file you’ve downloaded and click on “Import Now.”

You can go to dashboard > mailchimp > forms > you can customize the Mailchimp form code here. If you need to add custom CSS code, then you know that you should use custom CSS box. I didn’t quite get which code you are mentioned it.

Please go to dashboard > settings > media > uncheck “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)” and save it.

We don’t have a custom homepage for Milo theme. You can create a custom page and go to settings > reading > choose your custom homepage. The latest post set up as homepage. You can also see it in the settings > reading section.

This is empathy theme not Ikonik theme. You just need to go to appearance > widgets > empathy template pages > remove the undefined menu.
