    Hi,

Thank you for the follow-up and the additional context.

It’s great to hear that you’ve tested with other themes — this helps narrow things down.

The Florz theme is designed to provide styled and optimized layouts for WooCommerce out of the box. Because of this, it includes its own templates for the Shop and Product Archive pages to ensure consistent design and performance.

This means that, in some cases, Elementor’s custom templates may not fully override the default layout without a few adjustments.

Here’s how you can still use your Elementor templates:
Use Elementor’s Display Conditions + WooCommerce Settings
Make sure your Archive template is set to “All Product Categories” in Elementor > Templates > Theme Builder > Archive.

Then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products, and under Shop Page, try selecting a new custom page that you design entirely with Elementor (e.g., “My Custom Shop”).

This can give you full control over layout while keeping your Florz theme active.

    About Essential Addons Widgets
Since the widgets work well with other themes, the issue may simply be due to a conflict in how scripts/styles are loaded. Once the custom layout is properly connected to Elementor, the widget issue will likely resolve too.

Let us know which widgets are still not displaying correctly, and we’ll be glad to check further.

    Best regards,

    Hi Laura,

Thanks for the update and the screenshot!

You’re seeing the update notices for Amelia, JetElements, JetPopup, and Tutor LMS Pro, but can’t update them — this is because these are premium plugins and not directly updatable unless the proper license keys are activated.

🔑 Here’s how you can get the license codes for your setup:
To obtain the license codes and update support for these plugins, please use the following link from our official support site:

On that page, you’ll find the instructions to request license keys for:

    ✅ JetElements

    ✅ JetPopup

    ✅ Tutor LMS Pro

    ✅ Amelia

Once your request is received, we will send you the relevant license details or update access depending on the plugin.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Thanks a lot for the update — great to hear that you’ve fixed the header issue! 🎉
Let me go over your latest points:
    1. ✅ Empty spaces in blog layout
    (Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/MEtAGU.jpg)

You’re using the “1st Full + Grid” layout, which is a beautiful option. The empty spaces usually appear when:

Some posts are missing featured images.

The blog layout expects a certain number of posts per row (e.g., 3), and the number of posts published doesn’t match that structure.

    ✅ What to do:

Make sure every blog post has a featured image set. Even if you don’t want an image shown in the post, the grid layout needs it for spacing.

Check if any blog posts are marked as “Sticky”. Try unchecking that setting temporarily.

Also, try increasing the number of posts shown per page under:
Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most → set this to a multiple of 4 or 6 (like 12).

    2. ✅ Make the font of the mobile menu smaller
Yes, this can be done easily with some custom CSS.

Here’s the code you can add in:
Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
      .main-navigation ul li a {
        font-size: 14px !important; } }

You can change 14px to your preferred size.
    3. ✅ Amelia booking dates not clickable
You’re correct — this is most likely due to:

Missing Amelia license activation, which disables some key booking functionalities.

Or, the services or employee schedule not being set properly.

Once you activate the license and verify your employee availability in Amelia > Employees, it should work smoothly.

But let me know if the issue persists after activation — happy to check the config with you.

    Best regards,

    Hi Ptak,

Thank you for the update and for sharing the link.

The reason the checkbox is not appearing is because your site is using the new WooCommerce Checkout Block (part of the WooCommerce Blocks system), which is different from the classic (shortcode-based) checkout. The woocommerce_review_order_before_submit hook does not run in the block-based checkout, so our custom PHP code doesn’t work there.

    Solution Options:
Option 1: Revert to Classic Checkout (Shortcode-based)
If you’re not using specific block-only features, you can switch back to the classic checkout, and our previous code will work perfectly.
You can disable the Checkout Block from:

WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features (or similar section depending on WooCommerce version), and switch to legacy checkout.

Option 2: Customize Block Checkout (More Advanced)
WooCommerce Blocks does not support traditional PHP hooks. You’d need to extend the block editor using React (JavaScript) to add custom fields. This approach requires JS/React development.

Official guide from WooCommerce (for developers):
    https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/block-development/extensible-blocks/cart-and-checkout-blocks/additional-checkout-fields/

If you’re open to switching back to the classic checkout, I’d be happy to guide you through it step-by-step.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

    Hi,
I could not check the website because of the coming soon page.
    1. You can use the free plugin Loco Translate to search for the word “Overview” in your theme and replace it with any text you like or leave it blank.
    Custom Code Option (if needed):
Add this CSS to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS to hide it completely:

    .portfolio-overview-title { display: none; }

    2. The error “Sorry, the content area was not found…” happens because the Portfolio page is controlled by a theme template, which does not include Elementor’s the_content() function.
Edit Portfolio Archive Layout via Customizer
Go to Appearance → Customize → Portfolio
Use the available options to manage layout, columns, filters, etc.

    3. By default, portfolio items often use the Classic Editor. To enable Elementor for them:
Go to Elementor → Settings → General in your WordPress dashboard.
Under Post Types, ensure the “Portfolio” option is checked.
    Click Save Changes.
Now, open a Portfolio item and click “Edit with Elementor.”

    Kind regards,
    Serkan

    Hi @zenzdesign

Thank you for reaching out and providing the screenshots — that was very helpful!

Let me address your points one by one to help you get everything working as intended:

    1. Importing only the homepage demo & keeping your existing pages:

You’re on the right track! If you want to import just the homepage layout from Efor Demo 02 without affecting your current LearnPress + Elementor pages:

Make sure you’ve installed the Efor parent theme and child theme.

Then, go to Elementor > Tools > Import/Export Kit and import only the homepage template (you can export it from a fresh Efor install).

Alternatively, you can manually recreate the homepage using the prebuilt Elementor template file.

Since you’ve already imported part of the demo but some content is missing, it’s likely due to required plugins not being installed.

    2. Missing elements (as shown in your red-circled screenshots):

The missing parts seem to rely on the JetElements plugin, which is a premium plugin not bundled by default due to licensing.

    ✅ To fix this:
You’ll need to get license JetElements separately from https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/ and install it. Once installed, the missing widgets should appear correctly.

    3. Header image overlapping the menu (https://snipboard.io/o634ic.jpg):

This is usually a Z-index or padding issue with the theme’s header settings.

    ✅ Solution:

Go to Appearance > Customize > Header or check the Elementor header template.

Ensure the section under the header has enough top padding/margin (usually 80–120px depending on header height).

You can also add custom CSS like:

    .header { z-index: 99; position: relative; }

    4. Courses in the profile page layout look broken (https://snipboard.io/vfhj40.jpg):

    ✅ Options:

Creating a custom Elementor template for the profile page.

Wrapping course content in a full-width container (via Elementor or by adjusting page template settings).

Also, try setting the page layout to “Elementor Full Width” or “Canvas” under the Page Settings.

    In Summary:

Let me know if you’d like me to guide you step by step through any of these processes — happy to help further!
If you want, take backups of all the content and I will upload the demo content for you from scratch. In the meantime, make sure your hosting gives you enough support. You can find the relevant link below.

Hi, thank you for sharing the details. I understand the urgency, and I’ll help you secure your site immediately. Here’s what we need to do:

    Critical Steps to Take Now
    Reset Admin Credentials Manually

Log in via your hosting panel (e.g., cPanel > File Manager) and update the admin password directly in the database (wp_users table) or via FTP by disabling plugins (rename /wp-content/plugins temporarily).

    Disable User Registration

Go to Settings > General and uncheck Anyone can register.

Remove any suspicious users from Users > All Users.

    Upgrade CAPTCHA & Security

Replace basic CAPTCHA with reCAPTCHA v3 (Google) or hCaptcha (more bot-resistant).

Install Wordfence or MalCare to scan for malware and block brute-force attacks.

    Check for Backdoors

Malware often reinfects sites even after password changes. Use Wordfence’s deep scan or a service like Sucuri to clean hidden files.

    Temporarily Disable Login Emails

Plugins like WP Security Audit Log may be triggering excessive emails. Disable them until the issue is resolved.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

The plugins you’re referring to are bundled with the theme, which means:

    🔄 Plugin Updates:
These plugins can’t be updated directly via the WordPress dashboard unless you’ve purchased a standalone license.

However, you don’t need a separate license — the latest versions are included with each theme update.

Simply keep your theme up to date, and the updated plugins will be available under:
    Appearance > Install Plugins

If you’d like to update the plugin manually before a theme update is released, you can:

Delete the existing plugin (don’t worry, no data will be lost).

Reinstall the updated version from the theme files or by reaching out to us.

📌 For Tutor LMS Pro and Other Premium Licenses:
You can access premium plugins like Tutor LMS Pro through this support topic on our forum:

We keep that thread updated with the latest download links for eligible users.

    Hi,

Thanks for the additional screenshots — this helps narrow down the issue.

From what I see, the problem is likely related to the “Services and Packages” parameters in your Amelia shortcode or front-end filtering settings. If certain parameters are selected, Amelia will only display services that match those filters. When all parameters are deselected, it should indeed show all services and packages — but since it doesn’t, this suggests a configuration or shortcode mismatch.

    Please try the following:
Check the Shortcode on Your Page

Make sure you’re using the full [ameliacatalog] shortcode without any parameters on the page where you expect to see all services/packages.

If you’re using [ameliabooking] with parameters like category, service, or package, remove them temporarily to confirm all services display.

    Clear Cache

Clear any cache from your site (plugin, server, or Cloudflare) and test in a private/incognito browser.

    Check Categories & Packages

Ensure your new service is not accidentally set under a hidden category or package that is filtered out.

Disable Parameters in Amelia Widget Settings

In Amelia settings, check if any filtering (like “preselected category” or “show specific packages”) is enabled and disable it.

If you have already done all these steps and the issue persists, I recommend:

Creating a new test page with a clean [ameliacatalog] shortcode to see if the services appear correctly.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing your URL!

To preselect the first service on your Amelia booking form, you can use the following JS snippet. Please make sure to place it on the page where the booking form is embedded — ideally in the page’s footer or inside a script block if you’re using a custom HTML widget (e.g., in Elementor or your theme):

    https://ibb.co/vCWp9Zzf

    🔧 Important Notes:

Make sure jQuery is not conflicting with your theme or plugin.

You might need to adjust the data-placeholder selector depending on your Amelia configuration or translation.

This is a simple workaround. For more advanced control, using Amelia’s JS event hooks or a dedicated developer might help.

Let me know if you’d like help placing this script on your site!

Hi, If you cannot access or change theme settings after the update, this could be due to:

    A plugin conflict

A JavaScript error in the Customizer

Corrupted theme files during the update

    ✅ Try This First:
Clear cache (both browser and site cache if using a plugin).

Disable all plugins temporarily and check if the Customizer works.

If it works, re-enable plugins one by one to identify the conflict.

    🛠 If still not working:
You can manually reinstall the theme:

Download a fresh copy of TheBlogger v2.3.2 from your purchase/download source.

Go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme

Upload the ZIP file and choose “Replace active theme with uploaded”.

⚠️ Your content won’t be affected, but always back up your site before a theme re-install.

Hi, You’re absolutely right to be cautious—sometimes updates can affect site layout or compatibility. Here’s a safe approach:

Take a full backup of your site (using plugins like UpdraftPlus)

Then update Elementor, Archy theme, and other plugins one by one

After each update, check the frontend to ensure everything looks and functions as expected.

The issue you described—where the video doesn’t play and shows only a static background—is a common behavior on iOS devices due to the following reasons:

Autoplay restrictions: iPhones often block autoplay of videos unless they are muted

Background videos (especially in Elementor or HTML5) might not load due to mobile OS limitations

    Solutions:

Ensure the video is muted and set to autoplay + loop in Elementor settings

Also enable the option: “Play on mobile devices” if available

As a fallback, Elementor allows setting a background image—which is what you’re currently seeing on iPhone (this is expected behavior unless modified)

Thanks again, and feel free to reach out anytime—happy to help! 😊

    1) Translating interface elements (e.g. “Read more”, “Share”, “Older Posts”) into Portuguese
These strings are likely hardcoded in the theme files or registered for translation. Here’s how to proceed:

    Use Loco Translate (recommended):
Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin. Then:

Go to Loco Translate → Themes → Energi

Choose your language (Portuguese) or add it if it doesn’t exist yet

Search for strings like “Read more”, “Share”, or “Older Posts”

    Translate and save

If the strings don’t appear, let me know and I can help make them translatable.

    2) Adding a category filter above the posts
The /category/noticias/ archive is generated by WordPress’s default category template (not built with Elementor). The Energi theme likely uses a custom archive template (e.g., archive.php or category.php).

To add a category filter dropdown or buttons, you’d need to modify the template file.
You can try a plugin like Filter Everything or WP Filter Posts by Category to add a visual filter. These typically work via shortcodes or widgets.

    Bonus: Elementor Access
Since this is a WordPress archive page, Elementor Free doesn’t support editing it. You’d need Elementor Pro + Theme Builder to design category/archive pages visually.

Hi, If you’ve hard-coded , ensure that it’s placed before the closing tag and that wp_footer(); is present in your footer.php file. Missing wp_footer(); can also cause the footer not to render properly.
The theme doesn’t ship with a built‑in mega menu, so using a plugin (e.g., Max Mega Menu or UberMenu) is the way to go.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

You can easily translate the “NEXT SLIDE” and “PREV SLIDE” texts using the Loco Translate plugin, which works well with the theme.

Here’s how you can do it:

Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin (if not already installed).

Go to Loco Translate → Themes in your WordPress dashboard.

Select the theme you’re using (e.g., Archy or your current active theme).

Choose your desired language or click “New language” to add one.

In the search bar, look for “NEXT SLIDE” and “PREV SLIDE”.

    Enter your translations and Save.

After that, the translated strings should appear on the homepage slider near the footer.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

The error message you’re encountering —
“Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded…” — usually indicates that a process on your local server is taking too long to complete and exceeds the default PHP time limit.

This can sometimes happen in a local development environment like XAMPP, especially if certain system resources are limited or if the server configuration is strict.

To resolve this, please try the following:

    Increase PHP max execution time
Locate your php.ini file (under your XAMPP installation directory) and update:

    max_execution_time = 300

Then restart Apache via the XAMPP Control Panel.

    Check your internet connection
If your local server needs to make remote requests (e.g., for image placeholders or licensing checks), a slow or disconnected network may cause delays.

    Ensure enough system resources
Make sure your local machine has enough memory and CPU available when running the demo.

These steps usually help in resolving such timeout issues on local setups. Please let us know if the problem continues after trying the above — we’ll be glad to assist further.

    Hi,

For this theme to work in the best and smoothest way, the necessary server configuration settings need to be made.

Please make sure that your server configuration settings are as shown in the link below.

Server configuration settings can be adjusted through the hosting control panel. You can do this yourself, or you can ask your web hosting provider to make these adjustments for you.

    Hi,

Thank you for the detailed message and for proactively checking the documentation and configuration — that’s really helpful.

    Since you’ve already:

Assigned the service to an employee

    Enabled “Show service on site”

    Configured working hours

Verified that no plugin or theme conflict exists

There are just a few more things you can check:

    ✅ Please double-check the following:
    Shortcode Placement
Make sure the booking form on your frontend page (where the service should appear) is using the correct Amelia shortcode that supports all services or categories. For example:

    [ameliacatalog]

    or

    [ameliabooking category=1]

If you’re using a shortcode with a specific category ID and your new service is in a different category, it won’t show.

    Category Visibility
If your new service belongs to a new category, ensure that category is not filtered out by the shortcode or hidden in the frontend display settings.

    Employee Availability
Even though work hours are set, double-check that:

The employee is assigned to the location of the new service.

The employee is available on the day/time you’re trying to view on the booking form.

    Front-end Cache
If you’re using any front-end cache (e.g., LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, browser cache, or server-side caching like Cloudflare), try clearing it or loading the page in a private/incognito window.

If all of the above is correct and the issue still persists, feel free to share a temporary admin login (via private content box below), and we’d be happy to take a closer look.

    Hi,

Thank you for the detailed explanation and your thorough troubleshooting efforts — it’s much appreciated.

Based on what you’ve described, here are a few things you can double-check before we request admin access:

    Tutor LMS Native Payment:

Ensure that “Manual Payment” is enabled under Tutor LMS → Settings → Monetization.

Go to Tutor LMS → Settings → Monetization → Native, and confirm that the Checkout Page is correctly selected and contains the [tutor_checkout] shortcode.

    WooCommerce (if used):

If you’re testing WooCommerce, make sure:

Products are correctly linked to the courses.

The cart and checkout pages are set correctly in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced.

The “Manual Payment” method is enabled in WooCommerce → Payments, and all other gateways are disabled.

    Page Behavior:

If clicking “Proceed to Checkout” only refreshes the page or leads to an empty cart:

Try testing the process in a private/incognito window (to rule out cache/session issues).

    Disable all caching/minification plugins temporarily.

Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One to check for theme conflicts.

If you’ve tried all the above and the issue persists, we’re happy to take a closer look. Let us know how it goes, and we’ll guide you further — including setting up a staging check if needed.

    Looking forward to your update.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and details.

Currently, Amelia doesn’t offer a built-in option to automatically preselect the first service or a default service directly from the backend settings. However, there are a couple of workarounds you might consider:

    Using a Direct Booking Link:
You can create a unique booking link for a specific service from the Amelia backend (via the “Services” section) and use that link to direct users to a preselected service. This is useful for buttons or redirects.

    Custom Code (Optional):
If you’re comfortable with custom development or have a developer on your team, it’s possible to inject a small JavaScript snippet on the page to simulate a default selection when the booking form loads.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and explaining the issue in detail.

We’ve reviewed the behavior you’ve described, and it seems that the cart page may be restricted for non-admin users due to a page visibility setting, user role restriction, or a theme/plugin conflict — especially if a custom template or redirection is involved.

Here are a few things to check and try:

    Page Visibility & Access Rules:
Make sure the Cart page is not restricted by any membership, LMS, or caching plugin settings. Some LMS systems (like Tutor LMS) may have access rules that affect student roles.

    Theme or Page Template Conflict:
Since you’re using the Efor theme demo, ensure that the Cart page is using the correct WooCommerce page template and not a custom “Landing” or “Coming Soon” template — which might explain the “Great things are on the horizon” message.

    Plugin Conflict Test:
Temporarily deactivate non-essential plugins (especially page builders, caching, or redirection plugins) to see if the issue persists for student users.

    Clear Role-Based Caches:
If you are using a caching plugin or server-side caching (e.g., LiteSpeed, Cloudflare), be sure to clear any cache that might vary by user role.

Please feel free to share a temporary student account login if you’d like us to investigate further on your setup directly.

Let us know after trying these steps — we’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Hi Stefi,

Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in our demo!

Currently, Amelia does not natively support displaying two currencies simultaneously (e.g., “50 EUR / 98 BGN”) on the front-end for services or packages.

However, there are a couple of potential workarounds:

Manual Display in Service Titles or Descriptions
You can manually add the secondary currency value to the service name or description field in Amelia (e.g., naming a service: “Consultation – 50 EUR / 98 BGN”). This is a simple way to inform users without affecting the functionality.

    Custom Code or Third-Party Integration
For more dynamic or automated dual-currency displays (with exchange rate updates), it would require custom development or a third-party currency converter integration outside of Amelia’s core features.

    Best regards,
    Serkan

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots.

I understand that you’re trying to edit a single course, but the changes are not reflecting despite refreshing the page and clearing the browser cache.

To assist you further, could you please clarify the following:

What exactly isn’t working when you try to edit the course? (e.g., changes not saving, editor not opening, page not loading properly, etc.)

Are you using the default WordPress block editor, Elementor, or another page builder for this course?

Are there any caching plugins active on your site or server-level caching that might be affecting the changes?

Also, I recommend trying the following if you haven’t already:

Deactivate all other plugins temporarily except Tutor LMS and see if the issue persists.

Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to rule out any theme-related conflict.

Once I have more info, I’ll be happy to guide you further or escalate the issue if needed.

    Best regards,

    Serkan

    Hi,
There are too many white spaces above and below the logo you led. This problem will be solved when you cut those spaces and edit them to cover only the text in the logo and upload it again.
    Thanks

Hi, the “Portfolio” page template can not be edited with Elementor. You can customize your portfolio/projects page from the Portfolio section in the Customizer.

    Thanks

    Hi @chakobeirut

Thank you for providing the detailed description and the screen recording.

I’ve reviewed your video, and here’s what I’ve found:

    – The “Start Quiz” button refreshing the page typically indicates a JavaScript conflict or an issue with how the quiz shortcode is embedded.
    – When “Auto Start Quiz” is enabled, the quiz shows, but the “Finish Quiz” button not appearing and the page refreshing suggest the submission action is not completing, possibly due to:

Caching conflicts (site or server-level cache)

A JavaScript error or conflict with another plugin

Missing or outdated template files for the quiz plugin in your theme.

    Recommended next steps:
    1️⃣ Clear cache:
Clear your WordPress, server, and browser caches.
If using a caching plugin, temporarily disable it to test.

    2️⃣ Check for JavaScript conflicts:
Open the quiz page in Chrome → Right-click → Inspect → Console tab and refresh. Let me know if you see any red error messages.

3️⃣ Temporarily switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) and retest the quiz.
If it works, it’s likely a theme conflict.

4️⃣ Update the quiz plugin (and WordPress) to the latest version if not already done.

Please let me know once you try these steps, or if you’d like, I can further investigate by logging in to your staging site to debug directly and resolve it efficiently.
    Looking forward to your update.

    Best regards,
    Serkan

    Hi,
Go to WP Admin → Jetpack → Settings → Traffic.
    Scroll to “Related posts”.
Toggle off “Show related content after posts”.
I have done it for you.

Check if your plan allows plugins
WordPress.com Business plan or higher: you can install plugins directly.
Lower plans: duplication requires manual steps or using built-in Jetpack features if available.

Easiest Method: Using the “Copy to a new draft” feature
Go to WP Admin → Portfolio → All Projects.

Hover over the portfolio item you wish to duplicate.

Look for “Copy to a new draft” under the item.

If you see it, click it.

It will create a draft clone of the portfolio item with the same content, images, categories, and featured image.

Edit the duplicated draft, change the title, slug, or content as needed, then Publish.

If “Copy to a new draft” is not visible:
This feature requires Jetpack’s “Duplicate Post” module, which is often enabled by default on WordPress.com.

If you do not see it:
Go to Jetpack → Settings → Writing.
Scroll down to “Duplicate Posts” and ensure it is toggled ON.

    If you have plugin access:
You can install the Duplicate Post plugin:
Go to Plugins → Add New.
Search for “Duplicate Post” by Yoast.
    Install and activate.
You will then see “Clone” or “New Draft” under each portfolio item.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

I understand that you would like to enlarge the width of the title text container on the homepage so it spans wider across the screen, as shown in your example, for better visual balance and readability.

Go to appearance > customize > you can control many section of the theme.

    Thanks

Hi, Do you know why your custom CSS code didn’t work? You accidentally deleted the closing curly bracket at the end of the header section in your code. Every CSS rule should start with an opening curly bracket { and end with a closing curly bracket } to function correctly.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for your patience.

✅ Great news: In the Arkiz | Architecture WordPress Theme, you can add and edit your social media icons easily without extra plugins.

How to add or edit your logo:
    Go to:
Appearance → Customize → Site Identity
    – Here, you can upload your logo to replace the plain text site title in your header.

If the uploaded logo does not appear:
    – Check if your theme’s demo import needs logo assignment.
    – Save and refresh your homepage to see the changes reflected.

How to add or edit social media icons:
    Go to:
Appearance → Customize → Widgets → Header Social Media Icons

    – Here, you can:

Add, edit, or remove your social media icons.

Set the URLs for each social profile you wish to display in the header.

Once saved, these icons will appear in your header, allowing visitors to access your social channels easily while maintaining your branding.

    Customize Header Using Elementor:
The Arkiz theme supports Elementor, enabling you to create or edit the header using Elementor’s visual interface if you wish for complete control.

    If you have Elementor Pro:
    – Navigate to Templates → Theme Builder → Header.
    – You can edit an existing header or create a new one with your logo, navigation menu, and social icons.
    – Assign it to “Entire Site” to replace the default header globally.

    If you have Elementor Free:
    – The theme may provide pre-built Elementor header sections within the imported demos. You can edit these by navigating to the page and clicking Edit with Elementor, where the header section may appear as part of the top section of your page.

    Hi,

Thank you for explaining your desired workflow clearly.

    ✅ What’s possible with Amelia + WooCommerce:

Amelia’s WooCommerce integration is designed to let customers book a service through Amelia first, then handle the payment via WooCommerce at checkout. It does not natively support the opposite workflow (WooCommerce-first purchase → Amelia booking afterwards).

    ✅ Current limitations:

🔹 There is no built-in option to link a WooCommerce product directly to an Amelia service so that the customer is redirected to a booking form after completing a WooCommerce purchase.

🎯 Recommended best practices for your use case:

If you need the WooCommerce-first flow (for advanced product pages, variations, coupons, or multiple payment gateways), here are your options:

    1️⃣ Manual Post-Purchase Redirect:
    – After purchase, use a plugin like “WooCommerce Redirect After Purchase” or a code snippet to redirect customers to the relevant Amelia booking page after checkout.
    – You can create a separate Amelia booking page for each service.
    – This approach requires manual matching of each WooCommerce product ID to the appropriate Amelia booking page URL in your redirect logic.

2️⃣ WooCommerce Order Notes + Email:
    – After purchase, automatically send customers a custom email with a link to the relevant Amelia booking form to complete their booking.
    – This reduces friction while keeping the structured WooCommerce checkout flow.

3️⃣ Consider using Amelia’s Native Flow:
    – If seamless scheduling is a priority, consider reversing the flow:

Customer selects the time slot using Amelia.

Amelia sends them to WooCommerce checkout to complete payment.

This ensures appointment times are secured immediately, avoiding the risk of a customer buying a WooCommerce product but not booking their slot.

    Best regards,
    Serkan
