Hi, it looks like this is the default behavior of Elementor Pro, when you add a custom footer with Elementor, it also disables the theme header and forces you to create a custom header with Elementor. You can reach out to Elementor support and report this, and if there is something we can do on a theme basis we will try to implement it with a future update.
Have a nice day!
Hi, I have just tried and could change the photos on testimonials carousel successfully on this page;

Hi, just sent you an e-mail.
Cheers.
Hi, licenses are created on a domain basis, you don’t need to activate your plugins to use on your staging domain, you can already use all the pro features without activation, activation is only required for enabling automatic future updates.
Please provide your final domain for the licenses.
Have a nice day!
Hi, it looks like you have activated Elementor Pro’s custom footer feature, when you do this Elementor also disables the theme header and you need to create a custom header with Elementor Pro.
This is Elementor Pro default functionality, you may try this fix;
Cheers.

Hi, can you please share your FTP access with me (via the private content box)? We need to enable the debug mode and try to understand what is causing this issue.
Thanks.

Hi again, I see your concerns, unfortunately horizontal slider gallery doesn’t support background color change and due to the layout restrictions, images should be cropped to fit the layout on sliding galleries.
Have a nice day!
Hi, I have just checked your site and it looks like you have sorted out the background customizations.
“how to get the photos in the slider to original size (correct ratio), without being cropped” Do you mean images in the lightbox, as on this page?
https://tinekepoelstra.nl/blog/portfolio/animals/
they look like they are in the original aspect ratio, not cropped.
just let us know with more details if you still need help with this.
Cheers.
Hi, the lightbox video aspect ratio is set to 16:9 by default, and unfortunately no simple customizations are available for this.

Hi, “Elementor not loading correctly” is a sign that your hosting plan doesn’t have enough resources (ram) to open Elementor. Even if you set the memory limit to high, on basic shared hostings it doesn’t guarantee that you will get that ram amount because it is being shared with many accounts. We recommend you to switch to A2 hosting turbo plans for a smoother experience and their turbo plans will make your site load pretty fast;

Hi, that’s an awkward issue, scrolling works fine with desktop browsers and and Android phones, but on iPhone and iPad, sometimes it doesn’t scroll. And we don’t have this issue on our demo sites. I have logged in to your site and activated the default theme and the issue persists. That means it is not related to the theme. I can suggest some ideas for identifying the source of this issue;– You can try deactivating all extra plugins (except Elementor, Jet Elements, and Pixelwars Core) and see if the issue has gone.
– Back up your homepage (save as Elementor Page template) and start from scratch adding sections one by one and see if the issue is appearing after adding a particular section.
Hi, I have tested your site on the latest iPhone ios 17.2.1 and it is scrolling properly on my side. If you have still issues on your side you can also try the steps above.

Hi, you can use this custom css code below to make the caption always visible;
.gallery .gallery-caption { opacity: 1; }The gallery layout is adapting to the page width, since you have 5 images in the first row and 4 images in the second row, the second-row images are enlarged to fit to the page width.
Cheers.

Hi,
1-) to fix the slider not responsive issue; just edit your slider in Elementor, navigate to the Advanced tab, and make sure to set “Width = Full width” for tablet and mobile layouts. We have also fixed this issue with the latest update.

Hi, we have fixed this issue with the latest version. Elementor templates have been updated. Here are the steps for updating Elementor templates.
– First, navigate to Templates > Saved Templates and delete the old templates(you can keep your own templates if you have some saved custom templates).
– Then download the package from Themeforest, unzip the package, and Locate “Sample Data > (Plugin) Elementor Page Templates>elementor-templates.zip” You can upload this zip file from the “Templates > Import Templates” section. Now your templates are updated it is time to update your slider on your home page.
– Edit your home page with Elementor, scroll to the bottom of the page click on the “Folder icon” switch to the “My Templates” section, and then import again whichever Home layout you have used.
– After that, right-click on the new imported slider and click on “Copy”, then scroll to the top of the page, right-click on your slider, and click “Paste style”. And now you can delete all the duplicated sections on the bottom of the page and save changes.
Have a nice day!
