Hi again, I see your frustration, however, this issue doesn’t seem related to the theme, it is related to the Elementor and/or your server, you can try these
– re-install Elementor
– re-install WordPressand see if it helps to fix the issue.

Hi, I just edited that page and it wasn’t an Elementor Page, so I clicked on “Edit with Elementor” button on the page edit screen, and then publish the page and now it looks fine.

Can you please try switching to the default theme and see if it works with the default theme, if it still doesn’t work with the default theme activated, it means it is related to the plugin not to the theme and we would recommend you to contact plugin support.

– to disable sticky embeds I have just navigated to Customizer > Single Post > Audio Embeds Position and set it to Default.
A-) By default, overflowing embeds are not supported when you create your episode post layout with Elementor. Here I created a test episode with blocks (not using Elementor) and it looks fine;

if you choose this method you can insert your podbean embeds by copying the embed code to the “Custom HTML” widget.
B-) if you wish to create your episode posts with Elementor then you can style your player with Elementor to achieve a similar look, here I styled one of your post with Elementor;

Hi, your previous theme should have done it with a plugin so that if you switch themes you can still keep your podcast posts functional. In that case, it makes it hard for you to switch to a new theme without hiring a wordpress code expert.

Hi, without knowing the plugin name it is impossible to say if it is possible to migrate your posts and use them with Podcasty theme.
You can try to; activate Podcasty theme on your main site without de-activating any of your plugins and check if your episodes still working or not.

Hi, as an alternative you can add a “Call Now!” button widget to your “Header Social Media Icons” and when you set your menu align to left from Customizer, the button will show up on the right side of the header.
