MehmetHello,
I have retested this theme on our own server and did not encounter any issues with the theme or the plugins.
It is likely that the issue with the Qi plugin may be related to your server settings. Your server should have recorded detailed information about the issue as error logs.
I recommend contacting your web hosting provider for further assistance. Additionally, you can report your issue by sharing your website address directly with the plugin author through the plugin’s support section.

MehmetHi,
There is a practical solution for this situation. First, install and activate the “Admin CSS MU” plugin. This plugin adds a sub menu named “Admin CSS MU” under the “Appearance” menu. Navigate to this page and enter the following code, then save it:
.interioz-admin-notice { display: none; }See: https://i.ibb.co/xJ0tVJ6/plugin-admin-css-mu.png

MehmetHi,
Could you please check if the “imagick” and “zip” extensions are enabled in your PHP extensions settings? If not, kindly enable them.
See: https://i.ibb.co/68TTf7m/php-extensions.png
Additionally, I would like you to adjust the following settings in the PHP options:
–> Set “maxExecutionTime” to 420
–> Set “maxFileUploads” to 75
–> Set “maxInputTime” to -1
(Please note: The value here is not 1 but -1. -1 is considered unlimited by the system.)See: https://i.ibb.co/fdTKcV8/php-options.png
After making these changes, please try using the “One Click Demo Import” method again. If the demo import still does not complete successfully, kindly provide the WP admin access details in the Private Content section so I can check your website.

MehmetHello,
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with the theme. The HTTP Error 500 is typically a server-side error rather than a theme-specific issue. Here’s how we can resolve this:
1. Try disabling all plugins and reactivating them one by one to identify if any plugin is causing conflicts.
2. Contact your hosting provider to check and potentially increase your PHP memory limit ( https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/ ).
3. Regenerate your .htaccess file.
Regarding the theme settings, I can also guide you through customizing them to better suit your needs. Could you please specify which settings you’re not satisfied with? This would help me provide more targeted assistance.
Please let me know if you’d like to proceed with technical support, and I’ll be glad to help.
Best regards,
MehmetHello,
Thank you for reaching out and for providing detailed information about your setup. I understand how frustrating it can be to optimize performance, especially when you’ve already tried various tools and techniques. Let me assist you further with some suggestions:
1. Video on the Start Screen:
Videos, especially if not optimized, can significantly impact load times. If removing the video improves your score by 6-8 points, consider the following:
– Use a lightweight placeholder image and load the video only when the user interacts with it.
– Ensure the video is compressed and served in modern formats like WebM.
– Lazy-load the video using plugins or custom code.2. Optimole Settings:
Ensure that Optimole is set up to:
– Deliver optimized image sizes based on the user’s device.
– Use modern formats like WebP.
– Enable lazy loading for below-the-fold images.3. W3 Total Cache Settings:
Since you’ve tried both W3 Total Cache and Super Fast Cache, ensure:
– Browser Caching: Enable long expiration times for static assets.
– Minification: CSS, JS, and HTML minification are enabled.
– Object Cache: Activate if your hosting supports it.
– Database Cache: Useful for reducing database query load.4. Cloudflare Settings:
Cloudflare can improve speed when configured correctly:
– Caching Level: Set to “Cache Everything.”
– Polish & Brotli: Enable if available.
– Rocket Loader: This can help improve JS loading but test its impact, as it may not work well with all setups.
– Image Optimization: Ensure features like Mirage (mobile optimization) are enabled.5. Additional Tips:
Run your site throu- gh tools like GTmetrix or Pingdom for deeper insights.
– Evaluate if hosting resources are sufficient; upgrading to a more performant hosting plan can make a significant difference.
– Use the browser’s developer tools (Network tab) to pinpoint specific bottlenecks.Best regards,
MehmetMehmet S.

We have identified that the News and Projects pages were not included in the demo import. We will fix this issue and release an update today.
You can either wait for the update or create these pages manually yourself. Creating these pages is very simple.
Creating a News page:
– Create a blank page named News.
– Assign this page as the “Posts page” under Settings > Reading.Creating a Projects page:
– Create a page named Projects.
– In the page edit screen, set the template to “Portfolio”.Finally, add both pages to your main navigation menu under Appearance > Menus.

MehmetHello,
I see that you have purchased the Efor theme and entered a valid license key into the system. Normally, you can open new topics in the support forum for your theme. However, due to a temporary issue in the system, you might have encountered this situation. I am now moving your support request to the Efor forum. From now on, you can create new topics in the Efor forum for all your support requests.
I recommend using the “W3 Total Cache” plugin. Additionally, you can check out the plugin’s own support forum as well.

Best regards,
MehmetHello,
This theme is compatible with two LMS plugins: LearnPress and Tutor. You need to decide which of these two plugins you want to use, as both plugins cannot be active simultaneously. If both are active, conflicts may arise in the system, causing some functions not to work correctly. Therefore, you should activate and use only one plugin at a time.
Currently, both plugins were active on your website, so I deactivated the LearnPress plugin. Now, only the Tutor plugin is active. Please check your website to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
Additionally, you can request license keys for the pro plugins provided with this theme. These license keys will allow you to update the pro plugins to their latest versions. To request license keys, please use the link below:
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/
Best regards,
MehmetHi,
I have rechecked this situation in our test environment and did not encounter any issues. So, everything is working properly on our side.
Could it be possible that a third-party plugin on your website is causing this issue? Could you please deactivate the third-party plugins and check again? This way, we can identify which plugin is causing the problem.
Best regards,
MehmetHi,
For this theme to work as expected, the Pixelwars Core plugin is required. Therefore, you need to install and activate this plugin.
Additionally, since many pages on the demo site are built with Elementor and JetElements plugins, you should also install these plugins.
If you are using the TutorLMS plugin, there is no need to install the LearnPress plugin. Having both plugins installed simultaneously will cause a conflict in the system.
If the update process for the “Tutor LMS Certificate Builder” plugin or any other plugin fails, first deactivate and delete the plugin from the Plugins page. Then, reinstall it from the “Install Theme Plugins” page. This will ensure the latest version is installed.
Best regards,
MehmetHi,
Please make sure that you have updated the plugins that come with the theme. To do this, go to the Install Theme Plugins page under the Appearance menu. Update the plugins where you see the “Update” button. Then, clear the cache and check your website.
If your website is still not working properly, deactivate the “Selection Sharer” plugin and check your website again.
Best regards,
MehmetHi,
You’re right that WooCommerce checkout blocks currently don’t fully support custom fields, as they are still in development and may not yet have all the functionality of the classic checkout.
Here are a few suggestions you can try:
– Use the Classic Checkout:
As you mentioned, using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode for the checkout page allows you to hook custom logic into the form. For now, this might be the most reliable solution.– Stay Updated on WooCommerce Blocks:
Make sure you are using the latest version of the WooCommerce Blocks plugin, as updates may introduce new features or improvements regarding custom field support.– Custom Development:
If you’d prefer to stick with checkout blocks, adding custom fields will likely require custom development. You may need to use JavaScript and look into filters or hooks specific to the @woocommerce/blocks-checkout package, such as the slotFills feature.– Alternative:
If you find that checkout blocks are limiting for your project, you might want to switch back to the classic checkout temporarily until WooCommerce adds more support for custom fields in blocks.Let me know if you need further assistance. I’m happy to help where I can!

I’ve checked your website. The Widgets page is not working due to an issue, but I haven’t identified the cause yet. I will do a more detailed investigation later. However, the Widgets section in the customizer is working, so we can add widgets to the widget areas. Currently, I have added a button to the Header Social Media Icons widget area, and this button is appearing next to the menu in the header. Could you please check your website?

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. I’ve identified the problem with the cart icon product count not updating on certain pages. I’m currently working on a fix and will release an update shortly. In the meantime, I appreciate your patience, and I’ll keep you informed once the update is ready.
Please let me know if you need anything else!
Best regards,
MehmetHello,
It seems that the issue might be caused by third-party plugins. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:
1. Disable Third-Party Plugins:
Some plugins that modify the checkout form may be using the same filters, which can create conflicts. Try deactivating any third-party plugins that affect the checkout form and see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, it may be due to one of these plugins.2. Use the Correct Hook:
The code example you’re using seems to be correct, but make sure the custom code is properly added to the functions.php file in your child theme. Here’s an example of how to add a custom field:function custom_override_checkout_fields($fields) { $fields['billing']['billing_custom_field'] = array( 'type' => 'text', 'label' => __('Custom Field', 'woocommerce'), 'placeholder' => _x('Custom Field', 'placeholder', 'woocommerce'), 'required' => false, 'clear' => false, 'priority' => 22, ); return $fields; } add_filter('woocommerce_checkout_fields' , 'custom_override_checkout_fields');This example adds a new custom field to the billing section of the checkout form.
3. Update Themes and Plugins:
Make sure WooCommerce, your theme, and all plugins are updated to the latest versions, as outdated versions may cause filters not to work properly.4. Test with a Default Theme:
Sometimes, child theme modifications can interfere with WooCommerce filters. Try switching to a default theme like Storefront and see if the issue is resolved. If it works with the default theme, there may be a conflict in your child theme.By following these steps, you should be able to identify the cause of the issue.
Let me know if this helps!
Best regards,
MehmetHi,
You can add a button to the header by using the widget areas. To do this, follow these steps:
Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Widgets.
In the Widgets page, locate the widget area for the header.
Once you’ve found the correct widget area, click on it to open the list of available widgets.
From the list, drag and drop the Button widget into the header widget area.
After adding the button widget, configure the settings (such as the button text, link, and style) according to your preference.
Finally, save your changes, and the button should now appear in the header of your site.
Best regards,

Please refer to the documentation at the following URL and try the demo import method mentioned there:

MehmetHi,
I set the “Logo Padding” to 0 in the Site Identity section of the Customizer, and the warning message disappeared. Please make sure not to leave settings like this that accept numerical values empty in the Customizer. Assign 0 or any other value.
And, editing portfolio posts using the Elementor plugin is not activated by default. To enable it, you’ll need to go into the Elementor plugin settings and specifically select the option to allow editing for portfolio posts. Once this is done, you’ll be able to edit them without any issues.
Additionally, I highly recommend disabling the default colors and fonts from Elementor’s settings. Doing this ensures that the design remains consistent with the theme you’ve chosen, rather than overriding it with Elementor’s defaults.
Lastly, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on your site’s overall health. I suggest checking the “Site Health” page, which you can find under the Tools menu in WordPress. This will help you ensure that everything is running smoothly and catch any potential issues early on.
Please also check the system configurations from the link below to ensure the Elementor plugin works properly:
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/
A member of our team will carefully look into the matter concerning the logo size and work on resolving it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding, and we will keep you informed of any updates.

MehmetHi,
I have listed possible reasons why the Mailchimp plugin isn’t working.
There could be a few common reasons why the plugin isn’t working.
– The Mailchimp API key may not be entered correctly or might not have been generated in the Mailchimp account.
– There might be an issue with the Mailchimp account or an invalid API key. Double-check that the API key has the necessary permissions.
– The form may not be set up correctly. Ensure that the necessary fields are added and that the shortcode is placed correctly.
– Double opt-in or email confirmation settings in Mailchimp could be causing complications.
It would also be helpful to check the browser’s console (press F12) for any error messages.

Keymaster26 August 2024 at 01:30Posted in : Efor Theme Cart Section Woocommerce IncompatibleHi, the Cart page style is correct in our demo site. Just add a product from the Shop page to check the style in the cart page.
